导语

【“译”心“译”意讲中国故事】专题，通过师生中英文朗读、分享阅读感悟等形式，教育引导广大师生深刻领会习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的精髓要义；同时为外语专业师生更好地学习中国话语体系、增强文化自信、提升国际传播能力，提供丰富的网络资源。

本专题由英语学院党委监制，英语学院团委策划组织，天津外国语大学中国特色社会主义理论体系国际传播外译研究中心（以下简称“外译中心”）指导，选取外译中心《中国对外开放40年》《习近平新时代中国特色大国外交研究》《习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想研究》《习近平生态文明思想研究》等多部译著中的经典篇章进行中英文朗读分享。

本批推送内容（共三期）选自《习近平新时代中国特色大国外交思想研究》（China’s Major-Country Diplomacy）中的重点章节，介绍了习近平新时代中国特色大国外交思想的核心内容，对海内外读者了解中国大国外交思想的全貌有着重要意义。

     Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on diplomacy, China’s diplomatic theory has been greatly enriched and developed. The principles of the theory include being committed to peace and development, upholding justice while pursuing shared benefits, advocating a concept of common, comprehensive, collaborative, and sustainable security, and approaching global governance based on the idea of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration. They all go well beyond the traditional views on international relations, thus forming a new model of international relations with distinctive Chinese characteristics.

     China has pursued its foreign policy with determination. It has worked hard to push forward the Belt and Road Initiative, promote the establishment and  operation of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, and build a global network of partnerships. These efforts have helped to maintain a stable external environment for China’s development amid global instability and strengthen China’s influence in a fast-changing world. Under the guidance of the Thought, the country has also made further progress in building positive foreign relations on all fronts by forging strong bilateral, multilateral, and regional partnerships for cooperation on political, economic, security, ecological, and cultural matters.

   在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义外交思想的指引下，中国外交的理论体系得到极大丰富和发展。坚持和平与发展的时代观，践行正确义利观，倡导共同、综合、合作、可持续安全观，弘扬共商共建共享的全球治理观等理论创新，超越了传统国际关系理论，开创了具有鲜明中国特色的国际关系新模式。

   中国外交在实践中不断锐意进取，全面推进“一带一路”建设，大力推动亚投行的成立和运行，用心打造全球伙伴关系网络，不仅在国际形势的乱局中有力维护了中国良好的外部环境，而且在世界变局中全面提升了中国的国际影响力。中国长期坚持的全方位外交布局得到深化与完善，形成了双边与多边相结合、国别与区域相促进、政治经济安全生态文化等领域相联系的外交新局面。

    周薇，天津外国语大学英语学院翻译系副教授。教授汉英翻译基础、高级翻译、佳译欣赏、外宣翻译等专业主干课程。教学之余，从事翻译实践和翻译研究工作，参与翻译党和国家重要文献翻译，如奥运文献《百年圆梦》、《中国共产党党史》、《总理政府工作报告导读》。近年来，独立完成译著《习仲勋传》、《习近平新时代中国特色大国外交思想研究》等。曾荣获奥运会、残奥会新闻宣传工作突出贡献奖，中国翻译事业优秀贡献奖。获第十二届“外教社杯”全国高校外语教学大赛——翻译专业组一等奖。

本期朗读者：

   蓝颖琪，英语学院翻译专业180111班心理委员，共青团员。热爱外语和翻译学习。在校期间连续三年获得校长奖学金，曾获三井住友银行（中国）有限公司奖学金、三好学生、优秀共青团员标兵、2022届优秀毕业生、2022届优秀本科毕业论文（设计）一等奖等荣誉。现已获得纽卡斯尔大学口笔译专业录取资格。

阅读感悟：

   党的十八大以来，面对风云变幻的国际形势，我国对外工作攻坚克难、砥砺前行，党的外交外事工作取得了举世瞩目的成就，中国的国际地位和影响力得到全面提升。中国外交的重大成就主要归功于以下几点：第一，形成并确立了习近平外交思想的指导地位；第二，积极引领全球治理体系改革和建设，贡献中国智慧、中国理念、中国方案；第三，推进共建“一带一路”，全面开拓对外开放与国际合作新局面。作为新时代青年，我们当不辱使命，为开创新时代中国特色外交新局面、实现中华民族伟大复兴贡献自己的青春力量！
